Onimusha: Dawn Of Dreams is an action genre game and is the sixth installment of the Onimusha series developed by Capcom, first released in January 2006 in Japan under the name Shin Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams followed by North America and Europe. Set in ancient Japan and many years after the events of the previous season, Japan is now being invaded by Hideyoshi Toyotomi with his evil army. Soki, he is a powerful warrior with the Oni powers he has with his friends trying to stop Hideyoshi Toyotomi. Immersive into Soki with the ability to use magic and absorb evil spirits to increase the power just like the Onimusha from previous versions. Also when exploring this 3D world the player will be able to recruit an ally to accompany the fight, but can not control but the player can order them by pressing the direction keys. When having enough experience points, the player can upgrade any skill for Soki. After each battle, players can collect items that make medicine or visit the store to buy more things needed for the next battle.
